Delivery & Returns

We offer flat rate shipping no matter how small or big the order is - you will pay only 5 USD for any number of pens

We try to send all products within 2 working days of an order being placed, however we aim to dispatch within 24 hours.

Due to our convenient location in POLAND, EUROPEAN UNION, all products will normally arrive within 4 to 7 working days in Europe and within 10-15 working days in the rest of the world. For orders up to 50 cheat pens we send via first class Polish Post priority service. For orders over 50 cheat pens and for all cheat earpiece sets we send via first class signed for Polish Post priority service with tracking.

Cheat products sometimes do go astray in the world's postal systems. We wish it weren't so. Usually, your order get through, but if after 26 days since ordering you haven't received your products, please email us at contact@cheatpen.com and our team will do all they can to find your order and get it delivered to you.

Damaged or faulty products: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us, we will get back to you within 24 hours. We will then organize a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity. If however you do not like your product, please follow the instructions below: To receive a refund you must return the goods within 26 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded.
